Meet the Doctor

We are excited to welcome Garmina Yadav, DMD, to Newburyport Family Dental! Dr. Yadav received her undergraduate degree in Ahmedabad, India. She traveled to the United States to earn her Masters in Public Health, and later, her Dental Degree from Tufts School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Yadav has always been fascinated by how the field of dentistry is the perfect example of art and science coming together. She enjoys creating beautiful smiles for her patients, while also keeping in mind the complex and technical know-how. Dr. Yadav’s favorite part of her job is not only alleviating pain, but giving her patients functional and beautiful smiles again. She really enjoys helping people who feel unhappy with their smile leave her dental office with an ear to ear grin!

Dr. Yadav’s personal philosophy when it comes to patient care is a promise to positively impact her patients’ health needs by focusing on what they need as an individual, and interpreting it to best suit their situation. She values using all available information to create a treatment plan. She believes that looking at the bigger picture can help solve small problems with minimal effects and maximum results. Dr. Yadav specializes in restorative, fixed and removable prosthetics, cosmetic fillings, extractions, root canals, and root canals. She is also a certified Invisalign provider.

Originally from Ahmedabad, India, Dr. Yadav currently resides in Malden, Massachusetts. She fluently speaks three languages, Hindi, Gujarati, and English. Outside of the office, she really enjoys hiking and exploring different cuisines of food. Dr. Yadav enjoys hiking, and although she doesn’t love the cold, she has fallen in love with the beauty of New England.
